Yaaaay!!! Our ‘home anchorage’

We keep saying to each other ‘it feels so good to be here.’

And it does.

We have the anchorage to ourselves.

The huckleberries are ripe.

The clammin is easy.

Haha. We’ll head back to our dock in Olympia on Wednesday morning.

I gathered mussels for the first time, today. Nothing to it really, just rip them off the rock. But still exciting to me. I also got my limit on clams and got a 1/2 pint of blackberries for pancakes tomorrow.

We played a new game I got myself for my birthday. It’s a mushroom foraging game. It reminds me of splendor… A resource management game. Fun!
