Haha, well… Here we are at the Ladysmith Yacht club’s last rendezvous of the season. And we know like… 1/8 of the people here.

Life is so wild! So many days I just look around… And I say… How did I get here?!?

We had shared appys at 4:00 (I made deviled eggs) and listened to live music from 5-6. Then we went over to Susan and Steve’s boat to play cards. We learned a new game, 10’s. I really enjoyed my time tonight.

It felt really nice to see these people again. Like… Really nice.

I was so upset that I didn’t get to say goodbye to them about a month ago. But that’s part of cruising. But the other part is, maybe you DO see people again. And again. And again.

I’m so fortunate. And I’m full of gratitude.

We’ve signed up for Bocce ball tournament tomorrow and horseshoe tournament on Wednesday. With Tai Chi in the morning.
