Jalapeno Poppers with Cream Cheese & Bacon
A simple keto-friendly appetizer that’s always a hit. Creamy, cheesy, and wrapped in bacon — what more could you want?

Ingredients
- 6 medium jalapeños (halved lengthwise, seeded)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup bacon bits (~6 slices)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsp minced cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook bacon if using fresh strips.
- Prepare vegetables — wash and deseed peppers (wear gloves!), chop aromatics.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, cilantro, and garlic together.
- Fill each pepper half with the cheese mixture.
- Top with bacon bits.
- Bake ~15 minutes until peppers soften and bacon crisps.
